Learn how to interpret your losses
Lets jump right in.
.
In the words of Jay-Z "A loss aint a loss, it's a lesson."
.
.
Many of us, myself definitely included, forget to interpret the traumas we experience
and often don't realize the goodness embodied within it. Physiologically, in order to
build any muscle there must be resistance. The muscle fibers must literally be broken down
to be rebuilt stronger and capable of handling more stress (known as hypertrophy--muscle growth).
Resistance activates our greatest strengths.
.
.
The same is true for us spiritually when it comes to strengthening our souls, and our ability
to navigate the world. You must often be broken down to be rebuilt even stronger.
If you can look at each bad experience that you endure as an event that will catapult
you into your greater self who is more resilient, more wise, and more knowledgeable
you will be able to handle life when it happens as a victor and not a victim.
