A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself.
 I believe one's life  is but a flame to kindle the spark to someone else's. In this life we all go through, but the key is to get through. No matter how many times life has tugged on your confidence or made you bow your head in defeat...the key is to get through the rough patch. That's why mentorship is important to me. Whether it's:
  • recovering from heartbreak
  • issues with self-esteem
  • struggles with positive-body image
  • thoughts of self-harm or suicide or even 
  • feeling bogged down with the pressure to find a balance between all of your obligations,
I am here to help you get through. I will be there with tissues in hand if needed, open arms to console you, or even a positive affirmation as we all sometimes need. Let's do this work together!
